[Tokachi River Rafting & Canoeing + BBQ + Park Golf + Hot Springs] In the morning, enjoy rafting and canoeing on the Tokachi River, followed by lunch with a BBQ featuring delicious meat, including game meat, from the local Ueda butcher store, and in the afternoon, experience park golf (18 holes), ending with a dip at "Kuttari Onsen" hot springs.

洋服の上にドライスーツを着用します。長袖、長ズボンの動きやすく濡れても良い服装（ジャージやフリース、スエットなど）をご用意ください。
7月～8月の気温が高い日
水着または下着の上からウェットスーツを着用します。衣服は濡れてしまいますので、必ず着替えをご用意ください。
※靴はリバーシューズのお貸出しが可能です。
タオルなどをご用意いただくと、ツアー後の着替えに便利です。
温泉に入浴される方はタオル・着替えなどの入浴セットをご用意ください。 - Belongings

*Rafting & Canoeing on the Tokachi River
April to June/September to November (Spring/Autumn)
You will wear a dry suit over your own clothes. Please wear long sleeves, long pants, and clothes easy to move and acceotable getting wet (jersey, fleece, sweatshirts, etc.).
July to August (Summer)
You will wear a wetsuit over your swimsuit or underwear. Your clothes will get wet, so be sure to bring a change of clothes.
*River shoes can be rented.
It will be convenient to bring towels and other items for changing clothes after the tour.
If you visit hot spring, please prepare a bathing set such as a towel and a change of clothes. - 個人影響

於自身的衣服上穿著防寒衣。請準備用濕也沒關係、方便活動的長袖長褲。

於泳裝或內衣上套上濕式防寒衣。將會用濕衣服所以請務必準備替換衣物。
※提供溯溪鞋的租借。
自行準備毛巾的擦拭物品後將能更方便更換衣物。
