We are holding the “Potato Salad Gelato Festival” again this year, featuring 100 varieties of colorful potato salad. It looks like gelato, but it’s actually potato salad – that’s the charm of Potato Salad Gelato. We offer 100 types, combining potatoes, a representative ingredient of Hokkaido in autumn, with various ingredients to create a rich and colorful taste. This 6th annual event will also feature two new menus: “8 Kinds of Potato Salad Gelato Bowl” and “On Poteto.”
We provide 100 varieties of potato salad gelato by selecting ingredients that pair well with potatoes, a representative of Hokkaido in autumn. Utilizing the flavors, textures, and colors (yellow, pink, purple) of different potatoes, we offer a colorful and diverse 100 varieties of potato salad gelato, ranging from classic combinations to unexpected pairings.
The “8 Kinds of Potato Salad Gelato Bowl” piled up on a waffle bowl not only has a visual impact but also allows you to enjoy the different textures and tastes of various potato varieties. It is colorfully arranged with Hokkaido ingredients such as corn and salmon roe that match each variety’s individuality. It's perfect for finding your favorite variety or sharing with friends.
A menu where you can enjoy the original texture of potatoes and the texture of potato salad at the same time. It is served with potato salad made from the same type of potato placed on boiled potatoes with skin. The potatoes used are "Kita Akari," "Saya Akane," and "Wase Shiro." The potato salad uses Hokkaido ingredients such as venison and red beans that match the flavors and textures of each variety.
