The Winter Season closed on April 1st, 2024.

和食職人の作る、塩ザンギ。たかがザンギ、されどザンギ　こだわりの塩、漬け込み方、揚げ方、油に至るまで、店主の技術が細部にまでいきわたった唐揚げです。

Salt Zangi made by a Japanese craftsman is a deep-fried chicken with craftsmanship in every detail, from the salt, the method of marinating meat in sauce, the frying method, to the oil.

由和食職人所製作出的美味鹽味炸雞。從炸雞部位，精選鹽及醃漬方法，炸法到油品的選用，都經由店主的技術炸出美味炸雞。

由日料专家严选鸡肉，盐，盐渍方法以及油炸方法等，制作最美味的炸鸡。

일식장인이 만드는 소금 장기(닭 튀김). 엄선한 소금, 밑간, 튀기는 법, 기름에 이르기까지 주인장의 기술이 세심하게 깃든 가라아게(닭 튀김)입니다.
