Loss
protection

If your season ticket had lost accidentally, it can be reissued once for free. Additionally, if you have forgotten to bring your season ticket, we will sell one-day tickets for adults at 5,500 yen and elementary school students at 3,500 yen upon showing your ID at the ticket information counter.

We offer two types of season tickets: all-day season tickets that allow you to ski every day during the season, and weekday season tickets that can be used only on weekdays.

Q. What should I do with the season ticket from last year?
A. We will renew your old season ticket when you redeem the season ticket for this year.
Q. I will turn 60 during the season, can I buy it at the senior price?
A. You can purchase it. Please count your age based on your age as of April 1, 2024.
