"Grand Polaire," a high-quality Japanese wine brand by Sapporo Beer, introduces two exclusive wines crafted from grapes grown in Yoichi Town, Hokkaido. We highly recommend pairing them with dishes featuring dairy products from "Farm Hoshino." Indulge in the unique flavors of this region and elevate your special resort stay.

The labels, adorned with the initial letters of "Bacchus" and "Zweigeltrebe," are an original design exclusive to Tomamu's limited edition wines.
■ Grand Polaire Yoichi Bacchus White 2024 (Hirotsu Vineyard, Yoichi Town, Hokkaido) Experience refreshing aromas reminiscent of a grassy field, complemented by notes of lemon and delicate florals. This wine offers a delightful sweetness balanced by crisp acidity, creating a truly invigorating taste.
■ Grand Polaire Yoichi Zweigeltrebe Red 2023 (Hirotsu Vineyard and others, Yoichi Town, Hokkaido) A vibrant ruby red in color. Beyond its rich fruitiness, discover hints of pepper, cinnamon, raspberry, and cassis. With light tannins and a clean finish, this wine offers a wonderfully smooth drinking experience.

These exclusive wines are available at the buffet restaurant "Nininupuri." Daily demonstrations of "Farm Hoshino" mozzarella cheese finishing are also held in the restaurant. This creamy cheese, characterized by its exquisite balance of milk sweetness and gentle saltiness, perfectly complements the wines, enhancing their unique characteristics. Guests who order the limited edition wines can enjoy a set of freshly made mozzarella cheese.
