Enjoy a special autumn-only afternoon tea experience in a vast 100-hectare grassland bathed in golden hues. This year’s menu features milk tea made with Tomamu milk, a variety of cheeses and sweets, as well as new bread made from freshly harvested autumn wheat and dairy from Farm Hoshino. A Farm Concierge will escort you to the venue by cart, guiding you through the farm while sharing stories about cows and dairy unique to this area. Immerse yourself in the essence of Hokkaido’s autumn with all five senses.

Three Highlights of the Farm Afternoon Tea
Afternoon tea made with rich and flavorful dairy products

The Farm Afternoon Tea features ten types of sweets and savories made with dairy products that bring out the full flavor of Tomamu’s autumn milk—known for its rich yet well-balanced sweetness. This year, the menu includes breads made with fragrant and chewy autumn wheat. Enjoy seasonal delights like "Venison and Dried Persimmon Canapés" and "Sweet Potato & Butter Sandwiches" made with Farm Hoshino’s butter, alongside autumn ingredients such as persimmons and chestnuts.

Milk Tea Matched to Different Types of Milk

The drink served with petits fours and finger foods is milk tea made by combining tea leaves with milk from Farm Hoshino. Farm Hoshino raises three breeds of cows, each producing milk with distinct flavors. For the afternoon tea, tea leaves are selected to match the characteristics of each milk, allowing you to enjoy breed-specific pairings. For example, Holstein milk is paired with Uva tea. The clean taste of Holstein milk and the refreshing, rich aroma of Uva tea combine to deliver a refined yet fragrant tea experience.

Explore the golden-hued farm area with a Farm Concierge

A Farm Concierge will guide you through the golden-hued autumn landscape of the Farm Hoshino area by dedicated cart. As you take in views of golden birch leaves and vast pastures, you'll hear stories about the dairy cows of Farm Hoshino and the milk products made from them. After enjoying the peaceful scenery where the cows roam freely, indulge in an afternoon tea surrounded by pasture-themed decorations. Savor a relaxing moment while immersed in the beauty of Hokkaido’s autumn.
