At an altitude of 1,088 meters, the boiling point drops to approximately 96.4°C due to atmospheric pressure. Served here is the "96.4°C UNKAI Blend Coffee," co-developed with "Miyanomori Alchemist Coffee," a specialty coffee roastery in Hokkaido. Guests can enjoy grinding the beans themselves.
