Reservations can be made from 5:00 PM on the day before use (first-come, first-served).
Please select your preferred entry time and the number of gondolas you need.
No payment is required at the time of booking.
The sea of clouds changes constantly depending on weather conditions. You may encounter a one-of-a-kind view at any time, so please reserve a time that suits your schedule.

Gondola Reservation Guide

Each gondola accommodates up to 4 guests.
On the Asoview booking site, one gondola is displayed as one ticket.
Please select the number of tickets as follows:
- 1 to 4 guests: Select 1 gondola
- 5 to 8 guests: Select 2 gondolas
- 9 to 12 guests: Select 3 gondolas

  • *You can reserve up to 3 gondolas at a time.
  • *Infants sitting on an adult's lap do not need to be included in the guest count.

Please save the QR code issued after your reservation is completed.
We will verify your "QR Code" when you board the UNKAI Gondola.
*The QR Code can be found in your reservation confirmation email or on your "My Page".

[Important] Please Save a Screenshot Signal reception near the boarding area may be unstable. Please take the screenshot of the QR Code in advance.

Check-in at the Ticket Gate at your reserved time.

Please arrive at the ticket gate in the Resort Center at your reserved time.
Staff will scan your QR Code to verify your reservation at the gate.
At the boarding area, please present both your "QR code" and your "Boarding Pass".

FAQ

Yes, a reservation is required to access the UNKAI Terrace. Please make a reservation in advance before your visit.

We offer enough reservation slots during operating hours, so reservations are generally available.

For safety reasons, if you arrive after your reserved time, you will need to wait for the next available time slot. Please allow enough travel time and arrive early.

If you do not present your Free Pass (or Club Med Boarding Ticket), you will be required to pay the admission fee on-site. Please ensure you have everything with you before coming to the gate.

Yes, you can cancel it from your My Page. If you do not plan to use your reservation, please cancel it as soon as possible so other guests can enjoy the UNKAI experience.
