- ※シーズン券お受け取り時にご本人確認の為、ご本人による身分証明書原本（マイナンバーカード、免許書、保険証、パスポートのいずれか）のご提示が必要です。 身分証明書を写真で撮影したものは加工可能である為、証明書としては取り扱いできませんのでご注意ください。
- ※ご宿泊者様はトマム ザ・タワーチケット売り場にてお受取り可能です。

- A. You may go through the "For purchasing season tickets please click here" purchasing link above. Choose the items you want to purchase, register your personal information, and pay by credit card.
- Q. Is it possible to buy through a service counter?
- A. Season tickets are only available online.
- Q. I did not receive the purchase confirmation email.
- A. Please check your email inbox settings before purchasing.
- Q. What should I do with the season ticket from last year?
- A. We will renew your old season ticket when you redeem the season ticket for this year.
- Q. シーズン中に60歳になるけど、シニア料金で買えますか？
- A. 購入できます。年齢は2024.4.1時点の年齢でカウントしてください。
